Acrylic keyrings are easy to personalise, as they are assembled after the “insert” sheet has been printed.

Thus, every insert sheet you print can be different!

From a business point of view, this brings a couple of advantages:

  1. You can just order the number of keyrings you need: there is no “set” quantities of, say, 100 or 500 as for some keyring products. If you’d like just 20 keyrings, that’s possible.
  2. You can even use the keyrings with sequenced numbers if you want them for a particular membership/marketing need.

Most people aren’t aware of the process of making the keyring, and inevitably the first question asked is, “how did you get that information into the middle of the keyring?

The product is supplied in two parts: the “base” and the “window.”

Once the insert is trimmed to size, it’s positioned on the base (can be two sided or one or two single-sided inserts facing outwards) and the window is snapped into place (it’s a very firm fit!).

Ta da!

Smaller quantities are usually hand assembled, whilst for larger quantities (100s up to 1000s) use an automated process.

Here are a few samples of keyrings we’ve produced. Notice the metallic sheet used for the insert of the sliver keyring at the front left: it gives a nice finish to insert inside the acrylic style. It would be interesting to use transparency in colour and have a “decorated lead glass” type of effect with the result.
