We strongly recommend that you do NOT send mail to either street address above — especially the Portarlington address (it literally gets eaten by bugs in the mailbox. They’re ruthless. Mail is destroyed within 24 hours. Yum yum for the bugs, bad for us receiving your communication as you meant it to be received.)
Courier parcels are okay (only if pre-arranged), but we much prefer them to be sent to the PO Box. Otherwise, use the postal address below, even for urgent parcels. Express Post and Australian Air Express can both be delivered to a PO Box address.

Both locations are private offices and generally operate during business hours. In many cases in the first instance you will be able to leave a message rather than have a live call. Email is the preferred method of contact.
