PLEASE NOTE: due to regular client scheduled projects and workloads, brand new clients/projects can often be difficult to accommodate in the shorter term. We will try to refer you to other resources if we cannot directly assist you.

“Shorter term” means within 5 to 8 weeks. Even for existing clients, you’ll need to allow several days lead-time for production of your work. The only way to be sure is to contact Mel via phone or email to check on our current workload and see what can be accommodated.

Graphic Design and Multimedia

Includes most artwork, flyer/brochure layouts, desktop publishing, corporate identity, invitations, multimedia presentations

Work is generally undertaken on a fee-for-service, with a fee provided in advance for your specific project.

We do not work on an hourly basis, although if you want to use that arrangement, you should allow for an hourly fee of AUD$180.00 per hour (plus GST) for short-term or one-off projects.For more intensive work, or longer term service requirements, a special client fee may be negotiated.

Additional project expenses are charged at additional cost (such as telephone and postage, travel, printing and advertising, or other third-party products supplied). We have excellent relationships with our suppliers and are able to pass on “wholesale/trade” savings to you than you would not otherwise receive as a “walk-in” customer for that type of supplier.

Alternatively, if you have an existing supplier (such as a printer) you already work with, we can work directly with them to provide the services you require.

Full invoicing terms and rates will be provided before the commencement of your project.For new clients, projects must be paid 100 per cent in advance or as per the schedule stated in your job estimate.

Marketing Consultation

Includes marketing, copywriting, sales and customer generation ideas and concepts, and other content creation.

Depending on your project, we will usually quote a project fee in advance. Rates for this specialist work commence at AUD$3,200.00 per full day (plus GST). For longer term service projects, other fee arrangements may be negotiated.

For new clients, projects must be paid 100 per cent in advance or as per the schedule stated in your job estimate. We are more than happy to guarantee your fee: for example, a 50% project fee deposit can be guaranteed for the first phase of the project: in the unlikely event that you’re not completely happy, we’ll refund your fee with no hard feelings.
