Graphic Design and Multimedia

Includes most artwork, flyer/brochure layouts, desktop publishing, corporate identity, invitations, multimedia presentations

Work is generally undertaken on a fee-for-service, with hourly fees commencing at AUD$120.00 per hour (plus GST) for short-term or one-off projects.

For more intensive work, or longer term service requirements, a special client rate may be negotiated in recognition of regular ongoing provision of service. We also offer a special rate for non-profit agencies and registered charities.

Alternatively, larger projects or one-off projects can be quoted as an overall project fee for services and all other requirements.

Additional project expenses are charged at additional cost (such as telephone and postage, travel, printing and advertising, or other third-party products supplied). We have excellent relationships with our suppliers and are able to pass on trade savings to you than you would not otherwise receive as a “walk-in” customer for that type of supplier.

Alternatively, if you have an existing supplier (such as a printer) you already work with, we can work directly with them to provide the services you require.

For the best value for your budget, time is charged on a 20-minute basis rather than hourly (generally with a minimum job invoice rate of 1 hour). Full invoicing terms and rates will be provided before the commencement of your project.

For new clients, projects must be paid 100 per cent in advance or as per the schedule stated in your job estimate.

Marketing Consultation

Inclues marketing, copywriting, sales and customer generation ideas and concepts, and other content creation.

Depending on your project, we can quote a project fee. Rates for this specialist work commence at AUD$2,950.00 per full day (plus GST). For longer term service projects, other fee arrangements may be negotiated.

For new clients, projects must be paid 100 per cent in advance or as per the schedule stated in your job estimate. We are more than happy to guarantee your fee: for example, a 50% project fee deposit can be guaranteed for the first phase of the project: in the unlikely event that you’re not completely happy, we’ll refund your fee with no hard feelings.
