You’re probably eligible for free artwork. Here’s how:

  1. If your card is text-only (no logos, photos, complex layouts) — then you’ll likely qualify. Fonts must be specified and either available in our collection or supplied by you (PC formats okay). That’ll keep you under the time limit!
  2. If you have previous artwork in a high-resolution format (eg, pdf) with crop marks, bleed etc for any size up to 90×55mm, and don’t require any amendments, then you’ll almost definitely qualify.
  3. If your logo or artwork is “ready to print” (a “vector” file format such as AI, EPS, Freehand OR a high resolution bitmap file - such as a tif or jpg) — then you’ll probably qualify too. If your logo needs graphic design work to prepare it for printing (eg, clean up the background etc) then artwork charges may apply if time exceeds the 10 minutes included.
  4. If you have a photo ready to go (no major adjustments, eg colour corrections, exposure corrections etc) — then you’ll probably qualify too.

What doesn’t qualify? Complex artwork that exceeds the first 15 minutes is not included. Additional artwork is at $45 per 15 minutes or part thereof: but we’ll tell you that BEFORE we proceed and provide a full estimate.
